Refund Policy

99% of problems can be solved by contacting us. We request that you reach out to us using our Contact Us page. Our Customer Service Department will get back to you within 1-12 hours (usually less than 12 hours) with a review of your concern and a solution.

Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can ask for a refund. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

You will be able to get your refund by the following reasons:

  • Service malfunctions or doesn’t work as described

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Youtube Channels

For YouTube monetized channel, after channel sent, we spend 1 day for the customer to check the channel and change the password and other information on the channel. After that time, we will not be responsible for anything that happens to your YouTube channel, including channel being demonetization, disabled, or anything else. Rest assured, because according to sales data for thousands of customers, our accounts are almost never in trouble.

All Sales are Final. No refunds after accounts are delivered.

We support you for life on how to use your account, how to change your Adsense account, and any problems you may encounter when using the account.

Adsense Account Support

In the event the Customer does not possess an Adsense account, EazyViral will offer additional support by presenting the Customer with a new Adsense US account as a complimentary gesture. This extra provision is not a part of the transaction or included in the purchase agreement but rather an auxiliary support extended to the Customer if needed. EazyViral does not provide any warranty or assume responsibility for the Adsense account gifted to the Customer.

Trustpilot Reviews

  • Warranty Conditions: Our Trustpilot Reviews service comes with a 3-month replacement warranty from the date the review is first posted. If a review is deleted or loses validity during the warranty period, we commit to replacing it at no additional cost to the customer. The replacement review will be provided within 7 days.
  • Refund Conditions: Refunds will be considered in the following cases:
    • If after 7 days from the expected order completion date, the customer has not received the number of reviews purchased.
    • In the event that we are unable to replace a deleted review during the warranty period as promised.
  • We will refund for the reviews that cannot be remedied as promised. For the reviews we have completed as promised, we reserve the right to retain that portion of the payment.

Other Social Media Accounts

No Refund After Delivery

  1. Final Sale: All sales are final upon delivery of the social media account. Once an account is delivered to the buyer, EazyViral will not issue refunds or accept returns.
  2. Account Delivery: Delivery of an account is considered complete when the buyer receives the account login information via email or through any other agreed-upon delivery method.
  3. Buyer's Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the account details meet their expectations before finalizing the purchase. EazyViral encourages buyers to ask questions and seek clarifications if needed prior to purchase.
  4. No Refunds for Account Issues Post-Delivery: EazyViral is not responsible for any issues that arise with the account after delivery, including but not limited to account suspension, loss of followers, or any other changes in the account status.
  5. Assistance and Support: While EazyViral does not offer refunds post-delivery, we are committed to providing assistance and support regarding any pre-sale inquiries or clarifications about the accounts being sold.
  6. Disputes: Any disputes regarding the sale and delivery of accounts must be communicated to EazyViral within 24 hours of account delivery. EazyViral will strive to resolve any disputes amicably while adhering to this no-refund policy.
  7. Policy Updates: EazyViral reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Retention Guarantee

The Company offers a Limited Retention Guarantee / Warranty with some of their services. If a customer uses one of EazyViral’s Services and then loses followers, likes, views and/or plays acquired by EazyViral (beyond the Extras), EazyViral may be able to re-deliver followers, likes, views and/or plays at no cost at the Company’s discretion. Each service offers a different duration for EazyViral’s Retention Guarantee, and is indicated below:

EazyViral’s Retention Guarantee is VOID if:

(1) The customer ordered from a different company, person, or service at any time.
(2) The customer’s account had experienced a reduction in Followers/Likes/Views/Plays before ordering from EazyViral or those acquired via different means.
(3) The customer makes their Account/Page/Video/Photo/Track private, restricted or otherwise inaccessible (e.g. changing the customer’s username) during and/or after a campaign.
(4) If a customer blocks/deletes/bans the followers/likes/plays/views that they received from EazyViral.

The Company shall make a final and non-appealable determination regarding any Retention Guarantee requests.
