🎯 Trustpilot Reviews – Refund & Warranty Policy

Applies to: All purchases of Trustpilot Reviews services provided by EazyViral


✅ 1. Review Replacement Policy (Warranty)

⏱️ Warranty Period

Each review is covered by a 90-day warranty, starting from the date it is first posted. If a review is removed by Trustpilot during this period, EazyViral will refill (replace) it according to the terms below.


📌 What is considered a completed review?

  • A review is deemed “delivered” once it is first posted and logged in the delivery report, regardless of whether it gets removed by Trustpilot later.
  • For example: if a customer orders 10 reviews, and all 10 are posted and documented, the order is considered fully delivered even if some are later removed by Trustpilot.
  • Removed review links will still be stored in the report as proof of service.

➡️ Once full delivery is achieved, any subsequent removals fall under the warranty period, and no refund will be issued except under warranty-specific conditions.


🔄 Removed Review Refill Policy

  1. Unlimited refills within the 90-day warranty
    • Each review removed within the 90-day period can be refilled multiple times, as long as it still qualifies under the warranty window.
  2. Default refill speed
    • The default refill interval is equal to the delivery speed originally selected by the customer. Example: If the customer chose 2 days/review for delivery, the refill rate will also be approximately 1 review every 2 days.
  3. Natural, non-linear refill timing
    • Refill intervals are intentionally randomized to mimic natural behavior and avoid triggering spam or algorithmic flags on Trustpilot.
  4. Queue-based refill system
    • Refills are handled sequentially, based on the order in which reviews were removed.
    • If a large number of reviews are removed, replacements may take longer but will still follow the warranty terms.
  5. Custom refill scheduling
    • Customers who prefer to define a different refill speed may contact [email protected] to request a customized setup.

⚠️ Mass Deletion Events

In cases where Trustpilot conducts algorithm updates, mass removals, or other large-scale purges:

  • EazyViral will continue refilling reviews in a safe and consistent manner, not all at once.
  • Daily refill volume may vary but will remain within natural-looking limits (e.g., 3–5 refills per day depending on system load and risk profile).

🛡️ Extended Refill Commitment

  • Any review removed within the 90-day warranty period will be refilled, even if the refill takes place after the 90th day (due to queue delays).
  • Reviews removed after the 90-day window are no longer eligible for refill.
  • The system does not automatically scan for expired reviews beyond 90 days unless the customer specifically reports them within the warranty period.

✍️ Responsibility for Providing Review Content

  • If the customer chooses to provide their own review content, they are responsible for submitting enough new review texts for replacements.
  • If no content is provided, refill delays caused by lack of content will not be counted against EazyViral under the refill timing rule.

🤝 Authorization for EazyViral to Create Reviews

If the customer chooses not to provide their own review texts, it is understood that:

  • EazyViral is granted full authorization to write and post reviews on the customer’s behalf.
  • Once a review is posted by EazyViral:
    • The company has no obligation to edit, remove, or revise the review unless specifically agreed upon.
    • Requests for edits/removal may incur an additional fee and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

⏳ Refill Time Limit

  • EazyViral must refill a removed review within the customer’s original delivery interval + 7 days.
    • Example: If the original delivery speed is 2 days/review → refill must occur within 9 days (2 + 7).
  • This rule only applies when EazyViral has all necessary content ready for refill.
    • If the customer delays content submission, the timer pauses until the missing content is provided.

💰 2. Refund Policy

🎯 Refund Conditions

  1. Incomplete Delivery of Initial Reviews
    • If, after the estimated delivery period (including buffer time), the customer has not received the full number of initially ordered reviews, a partial refund will be issued for the missing reviews only.
    • Estimated delivery time = Number of reviews × Delivery speed + Buffer time
      • Buffer time = 20% of the total delivery time, with a minimum of 7 days
      • This buffer accounts for delays due to technical issues or force majeure.
      Example: 10 reviews at 2 days/review = 20 days Buffer = 20% of 20 = 4 days → Minimum is 7 → Total = 27 days
  2. Failure to Refill Within Warranty
    • If EazyViral fails to refill a review within the customer’s original delivery interval + 7 days (and the delay is not caused by customer inaction), a partial refund may be issued for that individual review.

🚫 No Refund Will Be Issued If:

  • The order has been fully delivered (based on initial posting and report records), even if reviews were removed later.
  • Review is still within the warranty period and EazyViral is refilling within the agreed timeline.
  • Delays in refilling are caused by the customer not submitting new review content (if customer opted to supply their own).

⚠️ Important: Our Retention Guarantee strictly offers re-delivery only in the case of drops. Once the initial order is successfully delivered, no refund will be provided under any circumstance — even if a drop occurs. Customers may only request a refill within the applicable Retention Guarantee Duration.
